Or maybe you have event tried some free online classes but as there was no one to correct you, so you felt that you were not doing the poses correctly, you might have experienced some pain while practising and you were not sure what exacttly you should do differently. So you stopped.

Martyna, being both yoga teacher and medical doctor developed a unique approach to yoga. Thanks to understanding of anatomical and physiological aspects of the body and respect for the differences between each person, during this course you will get to understand your body better.

Personalised 1 on 1 online private yoga sessions are tailor-made to match your needs.

On camera you will be able to see clearly how to do each pose and we will be able to see and give you guidence and corrections. You  can ask questions througout the sesssions making sure that you practise safely.

We conduct the classes using Zoom or Skype. We will support you all the way with all the technical aspects.

All you need is a bit of space, computer/laptop/iPad and good Internet connection.
