Arrival & sign up 10.10 to 10.25 (for the 1st class)
- Herbal tea will be served in between classes
- You can join the 3 classes or only 1 or 2 ( please be mindful signing up as places are limited)
- All the neccesary equipment is in the studio
- No previous yoga experience required
- Bring comfortable clothes and good mood 🙂 (we practise barefoot)

10.30- 11.15 Hatha Yoga- with Andrea
Class based on Rishikesh sequence, created by Swami Sivananda.
This flow of postures stimulates & balances the internal system
while strengthening & revitalizing the physical body.
The sequence includes breathing exercises, asanas & a final relaxation.
11.30- 12.15 Yoga Therapy – with Martyna (yoga-martyna.ch)
This class is a therapy of both body & mind. The focus of the class starts on finding the right foundations & right alignment. The assisted relaxation brings relief to the restless minds. Students with specific ailments get adjustments making this class beneficial for any body constitution, age or gender.
12.30- 13.15 Yin Yoga & Meditation- with Ana (www.sattva.institute)
Slow but deep practice that helps strengthen & release the connective tissue around the muscles & joints. Supports the opening & alignment of the hips, shoulders, overall flexibility and increased circulation & range of motion. The mindful breath work used during the class nourishes the parasympathetic nervous system, calming the mind.
